Goblin built this tool. Goblin charges $9 for the full report. Goblin does not offer subscriptions. Goblin does not offer refunds unless Goblin broke something. Goblin may change the price or shut the tool down. Goblin will not warn you first. Do not use Goblin’s tool for anything illegal or stupid. Goblin will find out.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of any web application, tool, or service (“Service”) operated by Mono Software (OPC) Private Limited (“Mono”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

By accessing or using any Service operated by Mono, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Mono builds and operates web-based software products. Each Service is described on its respective product page. Features, pricing, and availability may vary by product and may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using any Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments

Some Services offer paid features. Where applicable:

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Mono does not store your payment card details.
• Unless stated otherwise, payments are one-time and non-recurring.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are issued solely at Mono’s discretion, typically only in cases where the Service failed to function as described.
• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any Service for unlawful purposes
• Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape any Service beyond normal use
• Misuse or circumvent any payment or access control mechanism

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Mono’s Services are owned by Mono Software (OPC) Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

User-submitted content (such as URLs submitted for analysis) remains your own. By submitting content, you grant Mono a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers including but not limited to payment processors, AI model providers, and infrastructure services. Mono is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Mono does not warrant that any Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome. Any output generated by AI-powered features is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document when changes are made.

10. Termination

Mono reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Mono, its users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
